I cannot explain how wonderful it has been to work with auriks for my very first Purchase. I was so nervous to buy such a large item online from a site that I had never used before. I sent probably 10 emails back-and-forth with questions, and the response time was almost immediate even with the time difference. They were extremely helpful and my purchase arrived within three days internationally, which I could not believe! I was looking at a Tiffany & Co. Etoile Gold & Diamond Bracelet at Auriks. Sizing is extremely important to me. I have very small wrists and have had bangles fly off and go across the room! (I do tend to use my hands when speaking, LOL.) I was buying online, so was unable to try the bracelet on. Auriks was wonderful. We went back and forth messaging about measurements in an effort to decide if the size was right for me. Auriks also offered complete peace of mind by reminding me of their return policy. I bought the bracelet. It came. It fit. I love it! No returns needed. I highly, highly recommend Auriks. Just read the descriptions of pieces on their website. It's obvious they are experts in fine jewelry. And I call them experts in customer service!
