I ordered two shirts, One is ok, but very cheap material. The other wasn't a good fit, even though it was my size. It also had a number of small defects and had a weird placement of it's insignia, like left of my peck, by the armpit. Thoughtless and awkward placement.
I requested a return form, and much to my dismay they're NOT BASED IN CANADA. I would need to send it back to China to get a refund, it would have cost me $90 with their requested tracking to send it there. More than the cost of the shirt. I feel scammed. Legitimately.

I ordered a coat last December 2025. It arrived on time but it was so big so I contacted the customer service to exchange the item for a smaller size. Costumer service told me I can keep the item but if I wanted I can pay for the shipment of the smaller size I requested. I thought it was a good deal. It was a SCAM!!!
The coat they sent me as replacement was exactly the same size, the tag/label was removed and it was obviously USED. I emailed them back telling them how disappointed I was. This is unacceptable!!!

I ordered a shirt in a medium and was sent the wrong size. When I contacted the company for a refund, it was refused. Instead, I was asked to pay additional shipping for a replacement.
Returning the item was made difficult and came with no guarantee of a refund unless it was returned in the exact original packaging.
Despite presenting itself as a Vancouver-based brand, the company operates overseas. Based on my experience, this reflects careless and unfair customer service practices.
I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
