Purchased the CRU Lace Cut Out Billow Sleeve Maxi Dress and when I received it, the buttons were so tightly looped on some of the dress that I could not undo them without having to cut the loop. I approached customer service, who were completely dismissive. Very disappointing. Will not be purchasing again from this company.
Please do not buy anything from this supplier, you will end us losing your money. The product supplied was inferior to what was advertised and I can't return nor get a refund.

I ordered a sleeveless cardigan for $69:95 . When it arrived it was a cheap-looking version in a different colour and style, in the wrong size without any labels or information about materials used or washing instructions. None of my emails were answered and the phone number was also a fake one. I think this is obviously a total fraud.
This company has taken my money for a sleeveless cardigan I ordered. I have contacted them 3 times via email and their contact page to follow up the shipping details
The order number provided by the confirmation email from Aurirose is invalid but they have taken my money.
Their physical address is in Sydney, Australia and their contact phone number is based in France.
