Delivery was on time, These gels are soft & easy to swallow. Good product & a good price

Got an email from Aurivita about a week after receiving my order stating that they were shipping again because they received tracking that it was out for delivery but they did not get confirmation of delivery. I had received my order. Very pleased with the product and their concern and follow up on the status.

I am only reviewing how easy it was to place my order. I do not have the product yet so I cannot vouch for that.

After reading the various reviews and claims I thought I would try the product and opted for the 3 for 2 option - it was more expensive than alternatives but if it gave me solutions then it could be money well spent ? Product arrived in a timely manner and I was updated of its progress - have been taking 3 x capsules 2 x a day and my BP has come down and I continue to take - my evening trips to bathroom are still there but not as frequent so 🤞 that’s slowly having a solution too -

It is early days in mu use of Capsaicin supplied byAurivita and I hit a problem! I paid for2 packets instead of 1. This meant on the renewal date of resupply I still had a month supply left. When I informed Aurvita of this, they very quickly responded and stopped my resupply for another 30 days.Now that told me they are a company to deal with! Great attention to customer service with instant response to my query. SORTED.

Quick response was nice, but still do not have the product due to slow delivery. Requiring I log in some place to submit this is irritating.

Product arrived promptly and I have been taking it daily (3 soft gels after food) ever since. I will be doing a blood test at the end of the month so will see if my numbers have improved although I feel they have. The only downside I have is some burning reflux for an hour or so after taking them but have found eating something after (in addition to before) is helping that. Great company with plenty positive responses to questions. Can highly recommend both for the product and for the customer service! Thanks Aurivita!!
