Aurora blinds-family run company from the start Karen was great giving us advice on what blinds would be best for our bay window she was very helpful not pushy and no pressure to buy, even came back to the house a second time. Jason and Aaron did an excellent job in fitting all the blinds,they were friendly, polite and very professional, clearing up after themselves. Blinds themselves are of high quality and look fantastic, i am so pleased with the whole process from start to finish will definitely recommend Aurora Blinds to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Aurora Blinds. The start of the process of choosing the blinds we were given a large selection of samples to choose from and styles. Also loved the ease there was no pressure to buy. Then the fitting of the blinds they are of an excellent quality and the fitters were extremely polite and professional high quality fitting and service absolutely delighted with my new blinds and glad I picked Aurora blinds would happy recommend this company

I cannot fault the process from estimate to installation. They went out of their way to visit prior to ordering for the second time, no obligation, as I was struggling to remember what I had ordered. I then went on to order the blinds & arranged installation then I was offered an earlier date due to a cancellation. When the men came to install, it took them far longer than planned as I have two big bays & apparently it was not straight forward but it was all within the original estimate. They also offered to help us to move our bed back in the bedroom as we are both elderly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aurora & it was the best estimate that I received out of 4. Great job & looks wonderful.

I was given a quote by Karen, a very friendly lady and the kind of person you immediately feel you've known for ages. Before I met her she had been very good in answering my initial email enquiries. On her visit Karen talked me through the extensive range of blinds available from Aurora, showed me samples, answered my questions and gave very useful advice. There was never a hint of any pushy sales techniques or gimmicks.
The blinds (for my two bedrooms) were fitted by Karen's son Aaron, a very friendly and polite guy. I found Aaron to be very efficient in his work and respectful of my property, leaving no mess at all even though my house was in the throes of being decorated at the time and in a bit of a mess anyway!
The blinds themselves are of very nice quality and look great - I'm very pleased with them.
All in all I found Aurora a total pleasure to deal with from start to finish and would strongly recommend them.
