You experienced an issue with the bracelet within the initial six months, and we promptly replaced it at no cost.
Regrettably the bracelet was damaged once again and you contacted us precisely 1.5 years later, including a picture that shows the damage was not consistent with normal use; rather, the leather appeared to be completely cut.
Despite these circumstances, we always try to make our customers happy and offered you to give you a full credit of the amount you paid on your order to order a new bracelet, meanwhile the bracelet's price increased by 6€ and you would have to cover this cost only.
However, you wanted only a refund. We believe we made diligent efforts to address your concerns, but regrettably we couldn't find a solution.
Then we observed defamatory comments disseminated across various online platforms. Our legal team is currently reviewing these statements.
We appreciate and value honest reviews, including negative ones, as they provide valuable insights for improvement. Nevertheless, we cannot accept your comments as an attempt to blackmail us into an unwarranted refund, particularly given the extended timeframe of 1.5 years without contact from you.
It is noteworthy that you have since edited your Trustpilot review for accuracy, indicating a recognition that the initial review may not have accurately reflected the situation.
We remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues amicably and welcome further communication to reach a satisfactory resolution.
