Waste of time & money as not removed anything bought 3 tubes have used a whole one with no effect. Only left 1 star to write a review but it does not deserve 1 star at all.

I bought "Leren Dames Schoenen Met Lage Hak", expecting a leather shoe. The shoe is of terrible quality, the sole is flat not ergonomic and the "leather" is extremely thin, gives no support to the foot and feels like eva rubber, plastic or foam rather than leather.

The worst service ever, terrible company, There was one number wrong on our address yet they couldn’t change it, This Chinese company with a Dutch address couldn’t contact post .nl to assist.
No money back and No Delivery.

The shop is basically a scam. They play they have a physical shop, but they bring the products from China. I bought three products and I asked to cancel it because I didn't have any tracking code after one week. Two of the three products arrived and one of them arrived damaged. They don't let you cancel the order and keep sending automatic emails. And the quality of the products are the worse.

I ordered a constructor toy as a gift. It appeared that they sent a toy from China and delivery term was around 2 weeks. If I knew it was from China I could order the same toy twice cheaper from Temu.
As a result, I received the constructor box that was severely damaged. It lost its appearance so I couldn't use it as a gift.
Definitely wouldn't recommend it. Total disappointment.

This is not a website from the Netherlands! The products are shipped from China and the quality is really bad. It seems like you order the "real" product, but it is a counterfeit product of extremely low quality.

This is shop from China. The delivery status has not been changed for 2 weeks, and most probably the product will be bad quality and hard to return. They are using .nl domain and I didn't check the reviews prior to order.

Update,

Received the products finally. As expected the quility is bad, it is no rvs as advertised, but just metal rack, I can find on Amazon for the half of the price. Starting the return process, will see how it goes. Sent email as required and now waiting for the instructions.

This is a fraud company. One should take them to the court. They deliver wrong items, write fake emails, a fake telephone nr. and still having a KVK. Absuurd.

The site shows very nice stuff, but the items you receive are nothing compared to what is on the site. Delivery was so slow and finally when I got the items, they were very low quality.One blouse was supposed to have glitter on it, came plain. JOgging pants made of the worst quality material, that is not breathable. On top of that they never answer their phone. They do have an address in the Netherlands so I am planning to make the drive there, hopefully after calling the cops on these scammers.
