Absolutely a pleasure doing business with Catherine. So quick with the quote on the cruise my wife and I wanted to take March next year. All questions answered quickly and efficiently. We asked regarding the suitcase size to take on the coach to Tilbury as did not make sense 70cm x 35x20. Catherine contacted Guest relations who asked for us to contact them. Tbh Catherine did offer to ring again on our behalf but we rang. Turns out the website was wrong. Now just the wait until next year to enjoy our cruise. Thank you Catherine x

Best way to book a holiday
Can not thank Catherine enough for booking our family holiday to Orlando. We didn't even know where to start but she went above and beyond to find a villa just right for us as a family, even told me a different date to make the most of the parks (less busy time) which i really appreciate with 2 young kids in tow. Give her ago ypu wont be disappointed. She also saved us money from the quote we already had.

I found a holiday quote online, screenshot it and kept looking wondering whether to book. It was my husband's 60th birthday in March and I had no idea what to do for it. Catherine was recommended to me by a colleague and she was amazing. She asked me where I wanted go, what date and what my budget was. I didn't know the answer to any of those questions. Undeterred she put a holiday together with Ambassador cruise lines for a week in Scandinavia. We had never even thought about a cruise but went with it and Catherine booked everything for us. We have just got home and I can honestly say it was the easiest holiday and by far the best we have ever had. My husband is already planning the next one but it will definitely be arranged by Catherine and not me as she made the whole process effortless and pain free. I can't recommend Catherine enough. I have just booked what I thought was an impossible once in a lifetime trip! To say that Catherine give me confidence in what I was doing is an understatement, she has made a dream a reality and all at a fraction of the cost.
