I ordered the shoes one size up as recommended. Although they were still too small. When I asked for a refund or the possibility to change into a larger pair, I got the immediate answer, that I could keep the shoes and they will send me another pair for free. Great. Thank you for this perfect service.

I purchased one of their smaller items for my workspace. It works as intended, but the quality feels a bit on the lower side considering the price. Shipping was okay, not super fast but acceptable. I didn’t contact customer support, so I can’t comment on that. A middle-of-the-road experience.

I tried AuroraHikari for the first time and the experience was mixed. The item came well-packed and wasn’t damaged, but the texture of the material didn’t match what I expected from the photos. It still works fine, though. Delivery wasn’t extremely slow but wasn’t fast either. Overall it’s average.

I ordered a decorative lamp from AuroraHikari because the design caught my attention. The product looks nearly the same as shown on the website, but the delivery took much longer than I expected. I didn’t get clear updates until the package was already close to arrival. The lamp itself works fine, so overall it wasn’t a bad purchase, just slower and a bit uncertain during shipping.

I love these shoes! I own now 4 pairs 🥹 but you have to order a bigger size. They are so soft and nice to wear! And VEGAN 🥰

I ordered the shoes online. I actually thought they were coming from Germany. Unfortunately, I then noticed that they were shipping the goods from China. The delivery took an incredibly long time. The shoes are okay so far, but unfortunately the sole came off after only two days, which makes walking uncomfortable. Therefore, only a three-star rating.

The shoes are great, fit well, and are super comfortable. When I made an ordering error, Aurorahikari.de was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much!

I love the shoes 😍 They are really good looking and comfortable. I got a lot of compliments for them and my feet are always very warm. I worn them the hole winter and they Are still looking amazing 😍 I would buy them again. The shipping takes a while but they Are worth the waiting.

I was and still am very pleased with my boots and love to wear them on the cold days. I’m a vegan for a long time and really that these shoes are pretty and affordable AND VEGAN.

Really cozy shoes for the colder months

I thought this was a German company as it is no where indicated on their website that the shoes are shipped from China. The company claims that the shoes are vegan and thus sustainable and climate-friendly, however, they needed over a month to arrive in Germany as they were shipped from China over France to Germany. This is more than disappointing and the claims on their page are more than misleading. I would not recommend buying these shoes.

A warning to anyone considering ordering from Aurora Hikari - DO NOT. I ordered two pairs of shoes by mistake as the website did not state that the shoes ship from China. I realised it after 2 days and sent a cancellation request. They refused to cancel saying the order was shipped - a lie - the order only shipped a month later. The condition of the package and shoes was as other reviews have stated, cheap, nasty, stinky, too small. I returned them and paid over 20 EUR tracked postage all the way to Hong Kong Island. As I suspected it would be, the parcel was refused and it was shipped back to me. But I was not going to let them get away with it and I lodged a claim with PayPal and got my money back. Since I had paid 70 EUR for the shoes, it was worth it even with paying the 20 EUR postage. If you have fallen for this scam as I did, persevere and lodge claims with PayPal or with your Bank until you get your money back.
