Don’t go to this shambles of a company
Don’t go to this shambles of a company. Daughter worked there, no breaks from 6am until 11pm. Biggest joke of all is they won’t even give a reference so she can’t start her new job. Spoke to melany (the liar) on a Friday and she said she had sent the reference off that morning. Monday morning it had not been received. I phoned her back and she said I’m doing it now. I asked why she lied she said she had not. She needed to do some adjustments to it. As I pointed out it would have been received at the other end. And before any one thinks of letting these imcompetent people any where near your loved ones, they start carers off without the relevant police checks. Do not go any where nears aurora care

Thank you for your complaint of 20/02/2023. I have now investigated your concerns, and I can confirm the following:
1. Aurora doesn’t provide references: We cannot discuss former employees directly with you. However, no legal obligation is placed upon anyone to provide a reference; a company provides an employment reference as a goodwill gesture towards its former employees. In any event, this has now been resolved, and all references are always provided within policy and procedure.
2. Regarding DBS Checks. We have conducted a full analysis of checks and vehemently deny this allegation asserted in writing without any evidence or fact.
3. A manager was doing calls in Pyjamas. Can you provide specifics on this incident and how you have first-hand knowledge to assert this to allow a further investigation?
As you have never been an employee, a relative, or anyone associated with Aurora Home Care Ltd, your posts on Google and Trust Pilot are deeply concerning, completely inaccurate, and defamatory.
We consider your comments at present libelous, and we would therefore ask that you delete them within seven days, or we will have no option but to instruct our solicitors to assist in having these removed and pursue damages.
