I'd give no stars if I could. Paid for a necklace took weeks to turn up and its not the one I ordered!! Won't reply to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I'm giving 1 star scamming company I paid for three items and protected insurance incase of loss or damage and guess what it's never appeared. They ignore emails they turn off comments on tik tok thieving scammers. Reported to tik tok. Do not buy don't be tempted save your money
Absolutely disgusting service
I've been waiting over a month now, still nothing, several emails later with no acknowledgement, nowonder you can't use PayPal to pay for these. It would be easier to get your money back..
It’s looking like I have been scammed too!!
Ordered from these 1st January and they took the payment on the same day!! 😡
Communication is so bad and still no sign of my order.
I came across them on Tik Tok and have since reported them as scammers!!! 😡
Please don’t order from these it’s a scam I ordered 3 weeks sgo and nothing they don’t even reply to messages
I was led to believe this was a uk company and that my order would take days to arrive. 3 weeks later I still don't have my items and no sign of them arriving any time soon. Having read reviews I believe this site is a fake one. More fool me.
Hi my name is June Roberts,
I purchased a necklace and a mistry box, I still have not received it, please could you let me know when/ if I will receive it,
Kind regards
June
I didn't realise my order was coming directly from China. The items look a bit cheap. I'm not sure about the authenticity of the crystals. I gave 2 stars because they did actually arrive and they weren't hugely expensive but I wouldn't order again.
Awful experience. I haven’t received any explanation where my order is. I asked for refund and nobody replies. How to get my money back?
Items are cheap and tacky. I believed this to be sterling silver but it’s not! Looked nice online but it’s just lightweight material. Disappointing
I fell for an Instagram ad and I really regret it. I've purchased 4 items because of their "buy 3 get 1 free offer". The price before the discount was extremely high. They also mentioned using a moonstone in one necklace I've purchased.
I received the items after nearly 3 weeks - it came from China. Both necklaces and bracelet were packed in a cheap, plastic bags. No order receipt, their name card, nothing. It literally looked like a random order from Aliexpress.
"Moonstone" was fake. It was just a resin/plastic shiny stone you could see through. Sequins from my second necklace fell off after a week (worn it twice). But wait for the worst - the bracelet I ordered snapped, I was away doing shopping at that time and didn't notice, so I lost it. Imagine - I've worn it ONCE.
I added reviews on their website, all of them were removed the same day. I added them again and they removed them straight away. I reached out on Instagram for a refund, but I haven't received any responses. When I asked them in a comment why they keep deleting bad reviews, they deleted my comment right away.
It's an awful company, hiding behind selling "bohemian celestial jewellery" which is in fact cheap rubbish from aliexpress. It's impossible to contact them or get any replies. Money wasted - oh well. Avoid at all costs.
So, the necklaces I ordered with the 3+1 sale about 2 months ago arrived. The crystals were fake, plastic.
I got the one with the dangling pointy stone and a shorter layered necklace attached to it, qnd the stars and moon attached are at uneven distances from eachother, so it looks crooked.
The multilayered heart one is also annoying, since the size of the ring that attaches the heart to the chain, is the same as the balls on the chain, so it doesn't move easily, and gets stuck crookedly. The heart also doesn't lay flat on your skin.
The dreamcatcher one is nice, but you can find it on aliexpress for 2,50.
This package also came from yunexpress, in an aliexpress packaging.
They look like stocking stuffers or the cheap jewelry for tweens. If thats what you want, get it in a cheaper place, these are not their original designs, and the gems are plastic.
Only gave 2 stars since it arrived, but feel ripped off at the ....quality
FAKE SITE
- The reviews on the site are fake. The same review photos are reused multiple times under reviews from people with different names. They have clearly stolen photos from a legitimate seller.
- Their terms of service have been copied and pasted from another site. It quotes American consumer acts and federal laws. Yet on their FAQ page, they state they are based in London. They also use the American spelling of jewellery.
- By law in the UK, they must have an address of their primary place of business on their website. They do not.
- I googled the paragraphs used in their 'about us' page. Some have been taken verbatim from other sites.
- They have a 'buy 1 get 3 free' deal at the top of the page. The 'offer ends' date is always set to end on that day's date. E.g. - yesterday was 3rd August, and the site said 'offer ends 3rd August'. Today is 4th August. Now it says 'offer ends 4th August'.
- Their refund policy mentions exchanges 'perhaps for a different size in clothing'. Yet, they state their purpose is to 'create crystal-inspired jewlery & home decor' - no mention of clothes.
