I ordered a pair of Adidas trainers which never arrived, after several email replies reassuring me that they would, then I emailed requesting a refund and all went quiet, no replies at all, I had to contact my credit card provider to get my money back and they have fake trustpilot reviews on their home page

This ‘business’ is an absolute CON!
I ordered some trainers that I saw advertised on TikTok at end of November. I am still yet to receive them. I emailed mid December and requested an update and just got a response saying they were in transit. They still haven’t arrived. I have sent multiple emails since with no reply. The tracking details are fake and have shown the same thing since the beginning. Dire customer service. Do not waste your money!!!
