I lost my money investing in their fake bot and I could not withdraw my money. Now they will not even respond to my messages, it's just been a bot replies with no real help solving the problem. # gcasco # haven't given me any problem thus far. I had set aside capital to fund a fresh business idea I had, pay off my mortgage and then I saw reviews about this platform and it looked promising so I decided to deposit my savings with this broker in order to increase its value. I specifically recall the time it happened and the weather on the day I transferred half of my savings into their primary investment plan. For the first few months, the system functioned as expected; however, when I attempted to withdraw a portion of those funds to pay a deposit on the space to set up my business, the dashboard suddenly displayed a "account offline" error. I made the effort in contacting support, I was informed that my entire savings were frozen and that a “compliance fee" of 12% was required to restore access. I immediately visited my local police station to file a formal report regarding the platform's refusal to release my funds. Following this, I compiled my bank statements and the original terms of service to lodge a complaint with the transnational financial regulatory body. This evidence was eventually escalated to an international level for an official investigation. My case was then managed by Aphroditeicu, which handled the necessary legal and administrative procedures. After seven weeks of endless toiling through the various channels, and documents I provided, they found and sent a notification that the amount had been sent to me. my bank verified the credit, and the total amount was then returned to my account.

My account has been stolen. No any support or communications of a withdraw via telegram or email.
Poor feedback from the support team and no reaction.
Still unknow how the account has been hacker.

My transfer failed but they still took the money. It's been 26 hours with no real help, just automated replies. you'd expect better risk management and stewardship like what CVE Capital pushes for. It's frustrating when your money is stuck in a loop without a human fix. Definitely wait until they fix their reconciliation process.

I started mid of April 2026. I did some research before investing in the Aurum EX-AI Bot and found much less red flags than with other projects in the crypto and DeFi space.

Support could be faster, but works well:
I had a problem at the beginning: 19.99 USDT fee got deducted three times. I contacted the support, the promised to investigate. After 3 days I contacted again and after 6days i got my 39.98 USDT refund.

Shock:
I expected my first withdrawal to arrive within 1hour.
It came after 5-6 hours. However, I didn'nt know that Aurum claimes up to 48h transfer time. Mostly ist much shorter, but keep that in mind.

Lack of Trasnparency:
We buy freedom for us and our money with acceptance of some intransparency. If you invest with a highliy regulated broker, all your data will be known by official authorities. Not with Aurum. However, to make this system safe for us and our data, Arum CANNOT be complete transparent. Intransparency is a risk - thus, there is no guarantee and no authority to control the use of your money. In consequence, it is not 100% safe.

Risk adjusted investment:
You can reduce risk by:
1. Investing your money in Aurum Ex AI bot
and 1-3 other projects of other companies
2. Start with a lower amount of money, withdraw
the benefit for 8 months - then you have break even.
Your risk decreases to zero.

Sect zoom meetings of believers:
Do not use your experience of any Aurum group call as an indicator/criterion for a decision. You will find the same naive believers as in the Aurum MLM system as within other MLM systems. The system itself can be serious or a scam, completely independend from the unqualified bullshit you can sometimes hear during such meetings.

No MLM pressure/real ROI:
The main point is that you can focus on earning money with the trading by Ex AI Bot, without any pressure to find referrals. You CAN get an extra income with recommendations, but this is only and OPTION.
you can increase this income over your trading earnings by time, if you WANT.

Listen to Customer Experience:
There is a proven positive customer experience since begin of 2025. Listen to them. This is real and no fake. Reality beats speculation.

All in all, the system makes sense, has a proven track record, the support solves problems and I can always withdraw money (with some patience). DeFi cannot be 100% transparent to protect the system. Use your sense and handle the therefore always resulting residual risk yourself.

I have been with Aurum since January 2026 and the experience has genuinely exceeded my expectations. At this point, I am unable to withdraw, and this is extremely concerning.

Here are the facts from my side:
• Withdrawal requests have not been processed
• No clear or consistent explanation has been provided
• Funds appear locked inside the platform

For any platform claiming trading profits or financial services, withdrawals are the real test—not the numbers shown in a dashboard.

It's not regulated, so that is a huge red flag.

My upline was more interested in building a team, rather than my money disappearing.

It's a ponzi rug pull.

Been a part of Aurum since Dec 2025 and it´s been a great experience. After doing my Due Diligence for an extensive time I decided to get started and havent regretted it since. STAY AWAY FROM AURUM FOUNDATION!!!! I am telling ya right now mate it is a bloody nightmare and they are nothing but thieving dogs. I did not trust them at first because the internet is full of snakes but Wealth Security LLC actually got my btc back when Aurum tried to keep it. Do not let these Aurum Foundation grubs take your money mate. They are fraud and they will leave you with nothing. If you are stuck like I was just go get help because Aurum will never give it back. Total dogs.

Be careful. Aurum.foundation has not SFC licence, meaning they are not regulated and your money isn't safe. It is even high likely that they just simulate your wallet. Once you want to withdraw money, it will be rejected. All positive reviews are bot reviews.

It looks like a scam but what if just investing a small amount they'll let you have profit? They are obviously based on the feeling of greed people will develop seeing the calculated profits with bigger and bigger deposits. I've deposited 120usd on their ex ai bot. It shows every day the accruals ranging between 25-50 cents. Who knows if these daily profits are actual profits or just an algorithm showing just numbers in order to fool us? What's concerning is that there isn't any transparency, if it was legit I think they would tell for example today the ex ai bot traded that sold those and you make x profit because of these moves. Let's see, I suggest everyone who wants to join to only deposit the same amount they would play at the casino.

Honest app. They fulfill their promises, great return on investment.
