I am very concerned

I have just spoken to Charles. He acknowledged the poor communication and gave plausible reasons. We agreed I would arrange to visit the premises and storage facilities, and explore options of either delivering the coins to myself or opening a private safety deposit box.
*I am very concerned. I made a significant investment into gold coins. Initially very good contact but since Nov '25 they have been dragging their feet, not delivering updates as I requested. Since January '26 The Company seem to have vanished. They do not reply to my e-mails or Telephone calls. Mick
