Got my DT2 Pro a coy weeks ago and the quality is great customer service also responds quickly

The first and foremost thing that made my experience great was the amazing customer service. Every question I had they answered within 24 hours. But the L2 Max dual is way better than I expected. For the price. I'm 210 lb and it goes 42 mi with me on it! So the dual motor makes the scooter so powerful and so fast that you really can't get a better scooter for that price or quality!

The brakes are pretty good but you have to be careful cuz if you're going fast you can't just slam on the brake so you're probably going over the scooter and going to get hurt. But the lights on the scooter the turn signals all that is wonderful. The horn is cheap but that's not really a big deal. The tires are fantastic. Super durable. I rode it on grass on race mode not on dual mode and it took the grass like a champ. So imagine all the power you have when you put on Duel motor mode!

They definitely need to release spare parts and an extra charger that would be convenient. But overall I love this scooter!

The best scooter I have ever had, solid 35 mph up a 6% grade, it’s amazing, I’m gonna add extra lights to it to maje it cooler! I had a lunar scooter lunar nova 28 mph scooter n this one out does it by the 100s!

I ordered an Ausom L2 800W dual motor 5 days ago and it still has not been processed or shipped

I ordered my l2 max dual motor escooter and it shipped fast but it came with a broken screen. The customer service was very slow but now it really improved lately. The screen is on the way

First and foremost, I’m 62 years old and recently retired. My scooter hobby began in late 2023 when my former employer gifted me a Jetson electric kick scooter with solid tires and limited range. I thoroughly enjoyed cruising around the neighborhood. Soon after, my wife developed an interest in scooters, and we ended up purchasing a rear-motor-seated Evercross H5 scooter for her.

We reside near Washington, DC, and started taking our scooters to the city for weekend sightseeing. However, our trips were limited to about 45 minutes due to my scooter’s limited battery life. Additionally, my scooter lacked suspension, making it quite uncomfortable to ride. Although my wife’s scooter was better equipped, it also ran out of battery, forcing me to walk it on several occasions.

In late 2024, during the winter months, we decided to replace and upgrade our scooters. After extensive online research, I came across the Ausom brand, which was highly recommended by YouTuber influencers like Scoota Gang, Tom’s Gadget Garage, Ginger on Wheels, RK9 Rides, and Area 13. I concluded that Ausom scooters were comparable to top brands but at significantly lower prices.

Our primary criteria for a new scooter were affordability, reliability, safety, and a long battery range. Since my wife preferred a seated scooter, we opted for a Leopard. For me, I sought a dual-motor scooter with a 52v battery, full suspension, UL certified, and hydraulic brakes. Unfortunately, all the top brands were beyond my budget.

Shortly after purchasing the Leopard for my wife, the DT2 Pro was announced, and its specifications matched my research perfectly. I eagerly purchased it as soon as it became available in the US. It’s been about two months and 300 miles of usage, and I have no regrets. My wife and I both love our Ausom scooters and ride them 4-5 times a week.

Now, when we visit DC, our trips can last 2-3 hours, covering an average of 20 miles of riding. We return home with both scooters having over 50% battery power, eliminating the fear of range anxiety.

$649 Scooter Broke in 3 Days – No Refund After Return

I ordered a $649 electric scooter from Ausomstore.com in March 2025 It arrived late and broke within 3 days—the tire went flat despite minimal use and no damage on my end. I followed their return instructions exactly, used their prepaid FedEx label, and shipped it back with all original packaging.

FedEx confirmed delivery to their warehouse on April 2, 2025, signed by “KKATE.” Ausom promised a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

It’s now April 16, and I’ve received no refund, no confirmation, and no response to multiple follow-up emails. The company has completely gone silent.

I have full proof of delivery, communication, and their refund promise. If this isn't resolved, I’ll continue escalating through the BBB, FTC, and my State Attorney General.

Warning to future buyers: If something goes wrong with your order, this company may ghost you entirely.

The company deletes all negative reviews from its website. They are in clear violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), and their actions are illegal. This is why they don't enable reviews on their Amazon store, as they wouldn't be able to delete negative ones.

This scooter is NOT meant for off-roading, and its faulty braking system makes it EXTREMELY dangerous to ride. I’ve had the L2 Max Dual Motor for about 2 weeks, and the front brakes already gave out after a few miles of easy trails. The mechanism used to clamp the Bowden cable is poorly designed and it fails to stop the scooter at fast speeds. After tightening the brakes, I took it for a test ride. While going downhill, the front brakes gave out again. Luckily, the rear brakes were just strong enough to slow me down. A scooter that hits 40 mph should have working brakes. This thing is a death trap. If you bought this scooter, you need to seriously reevaluate how you use it. It’s better to waste $900 than spend the rest of your life as a vegetable.

I bought 3 leopard scooter 2 of them I already opened and 1 still on the box cause I’ll give it to someone as a gift, I love the scooter so much even my husband also love it he drives it at 34mph. We were so surprise it arrives double boxed and very safety on the styro, delivery was so fast only 3 days literally just 3 days. Scooter performance is phenomenal. Let’s talk about the customer service, freaking great people, they msg u back when u need something hands down. They really care about the customers wants.

I purchased a ausome Gallop about a year and a half ago, I ride my scooter every day and put no less than 50 to 60 miles on my scooter everyday, And I am so impressed with my scooter on a daily basis. The ausome gallop I bought is the most amazing piece of equiptment I have ever bought.And thats only the scooter, the customer service for this company (Ausom) is the best I have every seen, I put alot of miles on my scooter so of course its going to break down,I have over 5000 miles on my scooter to date and in that time i have needed a rear motor,rear break set up, and dics for my breaks, tires and inner tubes. And im telling you all this because the customer service was sooooo amazing that all that ways taking care of fast! I cant say enough about this company and the product they sell! I am an ausome scooter rider for life! BUY THESE SCOOTERS YOU WILL NOT REGRET A THING! AUSOM IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IT!! THANK YOU AUSOM FOR ALL THE GREAT WORK!!!

Great customer service! We received the wrong item and when we let Ausom know they sent out the correct item immediately. The resend was also accompanied by custo.er services follow up to let me know it had been delivered. The only reason I did not rate this experience as a 5 star was that there was no communication on the weekends. Other than that superb experience. Thank you!

Terrible service. They want me to pay for the return label even though it says on their website they are responsible for it.

these reviews are fake and written by the company. i have first hand experience with customer service and it is terrible. after walking 7 miles back with mine, ausom has not resolved this issue in a months time. several days between emails with no resolve to them. if the company actually fixed the scooters issue id have no complaints, but customer service is reason i can't recommend this company o anyone

Ausom Store Customer Service is great. They do eventually reply to any relevant questions. The Ausom Gallop is a commuter’s dream reliable scooter. Due to its very organized, simplistic, and sleek design, the user can easily, and quickly, carry out maintenance or modifications. The split-rims, plug-and-play cables, and battery/motor-controller storage compartment accessible from the top of the deck of the scooter, is the testament to “user-friendly” design. The performance of the scooter is nearly/exactly as advertised. For the price that it is, it strikes a perfect balance of quality, design, and performance. It truly is a “Bang-For-Your-Buck”.

I love my leopard e scooter. It has the complete package solid build good battery and enough speed to get me anywhere around town. I really like the seat and the design of the seat post gives it a bad azz look.
