Genuinely so impressed with their customer service and responsiveness from them. They handled everything super smooth, communication and super understandable although my product was faulty they handled it with ease and gave me back the shipping money and offered me much more to make up for it.

Took a little longer than told to deliver but was ordered around chrissy time so makes sense. was shipped from china which was slight misleading due to the aussie in the brand name. Product was a headlamp rhat supposedly was motion sensor turning on and off. Does work but not reliably in that aspect. Mostly bought the headlamp for the fact that it had 210 degree light at the front and then the normal headlamp point as well. Overall not upset with it, honesty better than i anticipated with the photos/site/price.
