Cheap crap from china

Cheap crap from china. Don’t waste your money.
They’ll offer a 50% refund when you point out the absence of quality.
The return address to send the crap back is in China. Well I’d rather my money went to Aus Post than these ripoff artists.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I paid, never got a confirmation email, paid extra for quick delivery and nothing. Try to call their number, no answer, email address doesn’t work, it bounces straight back, tried to contact them every possible way- absolute scam. I’ve had to go through my bank to report them. I would also like to point out that AUSSIE JEWELLERY IS IN THE NETHERLANDS !!!!

Outstanding company 👏 👌 🙌

Its not very often that a company has a wonderful product and outstanding customer service.
My son doesn't talk to me at all. I sent him a bracelet to let him know I love him. I never dreamt in a million years that he would text me to thank me for the gift, with a heart emoji.
I am so grateful to this company for having a sentimental item that touched my heart and in turn touched my sons.
The wonderful staff asked me if the gift was received. I told them my story and that at the time I didn't know. The reply I received was heartfelt and truly stood out as exemplary customer service plus more.
When I told them I had a reply from my son they were truly happy for me.
I can't speak highly enough of the entire business as a whole. I truly trust this company, their products and the customer service people that are outstanding!
I will certainly be purchasing other items in the future.

Unprofessional company

If you are considering buying from Aussie Jewellery think twice there are much better quality and price from other online stores.
This company will not reply to emails and if you do get an email to me it seems to an AI generated.
It seems to me this company doesn't seems to care about their customers after they have your money.
If l had the option to rate this company a zero-star l would.

I have been waiting for a pendant I…

I have been waiting for a pendant I bought back in august for my partner, I have repeatedly had to email them for the tracking number and details regarding my package.
They claim that my package was sent back to them, yet both tracking numbers they sent me from Australia Post show that no package was actually sent.

Very happy

The ring I ordered was exactly as advertised. My granddaughter will love it. Delivery was on time and I was kept notified of it's progress along the way.

I was given the excuse that my mailing…

I was given the excuse that my mailing address wasn't correct. The item has apparently been sent back twice now. I have given my correct mailing address three times. How bloody hard can it be.
If it isn't here by next week, l want my money back....

Thank you to Aussie Jewellery for my necklace that I purchased. I am very happy as it looks the same as the advertising pictures. Shipping time was 2 weeks which I would think is fair assuming it came from overseas. Overall a good purchase.
