I wanted a logo for my 2 man company $5,000 later they still want $5,500 for maintinence of the trademark. Never once did they tell me all the all the extra costs. I've told them no more I'm contacting a lawyer. Now I just get threats. They are so nice to start with then bam.

STAY AWAY!!! I feel like a complete ****head for falling for these scam artists.

They will continue to ask for money, offer packages for a trademark, even promise special deals to get money out of you. I’ve paid them a good $1000+ all up with pretty much nothing to show other than a few logos.

I got called again today asking for another payment toward my Trademark… It was then I decided to do the research I should have done in the beginning!

This is not an Aussie company

Got scammed. Do not trust this company.

Aussie Logo is not an Aussie company. They are a scam. They called me through scam lawyers with fake name to take thousands from me in the name to register my trademark. Trademark was registered but very basic and simple not all services rendered for huge money I paid. They would push me to pay money on call otherwise my application will go back to first step, all while pretending they were from IP Australia. They sent me fake letters from IP Australia. They still call me every 2 weeks or so from last 2 years or send threatening messages me with a different tactic every time asking to pay money, to contact them then when on call i demand receipts, they say we will send you every single time. I first contacted them for logo which was done and paid for. Till then, they were all sweet and helpful. Now its been 2 years, I am stressed and being harassed so much that although being busy I might have to goto consumer court. This is not a bitter review, its real. I am writing here so others can be saved from them. After this, I know I am going to receive more threats. IP Australia has been informed and their advice was to engage a Lawyer. Be ware.. its a scam. A scam! they threaten me on phone on messages, on emails.

SCAMMED MORE THEN $8000 AND NEVER DELIVERED A COMPLETED WEBSITE, CANNOT ACCESS DOMAIN, NO REGISTERED TRADEMARKS UNDER MY BUSINESS NAME.

The animated explainer video aussielogo.com created for our new product launch was fantastic. It clearly communicated the product features in a fun way. The team was very responsive to our feedback and did changes without any issues. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the final products considering the price of the package. My issue was getting my designs onto the correct file formats and Aussie Logo have really helped me. I was a little concerned by some of the reviews after I had purchased the product. I think that you need to have a clear idea on what you want your logo etc to look like and then the process works very well. Barry was very professional and made sure he kept the communication lines going. Suggestion for improvements would be more information on the other services provided so that it is easier to understand what they are and whether they may be of value.
