They were amazing. This was my first time hosting with them and they were extremely helpful with the server setup as I don't host servers often and made a couple of mistakes along the way as always. Absolutely legendary, banger, amazing customer service. Michael had my question answered and then when _I_ made a mistake on renewing my server that had a missed payment and accidentally created a second server in my renewal attempt, before I could send an email explaining my mistake, Michael had replied to my email, fixed my my mistake AND refunded me for the double server payment I made.
