Have been very frustrated with our local IT repair people and decided to call a friend in Armadale NSW, who recommended Aussiesoftware, so read up & decided to take a chance and bought Microsoft Office Prof with Outlook. Once funds paid it was a matter of minutes after I received electronic details to upload a 2024 platform, initially all went well, however upon activation it failed and immediately thought why me, so set in motion emails with all details to secure positive outcome, as decided to stay cool and give benefit of dough, however as things didn't happen as smoothly as purchase response I decided to peruse assistance from the sites chat option. found that a chap called Lachlan was a breath of fresh air soon began to feel at ease as nothing I said was to much trouble as explained i was a novis with limited knowledge about software issues , resulting in both emails and mobile conversations terminating with a positive outcome. Great way to buy Microsoft software, this was the third time I had used them. I had a little difficulty in loading the software. Shot off and email and had a response within 15 minutes. It was my fault, I did not fully understand what I had to do. On receipt of the reply only another 5 minutes and it was all downloading and I am now fully operational
