I had such a great experience working with Alexander in cork to find the perfect engagement ring. From the start, he made sure I understood everything I needed to know—from diamond cuts to different settings—making the whole process feel less overwhelming.
He listened to my ideas and helped me design a ring that was not only beautiful but also exactly what I had in mind. The final result is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. If you’re looking for someone who’ll guide you through every step and make sure you end up with the perfect ring, I highly recommend working with him!
I was also really impressed with how efficient and responsive Alexander was throughout the process. Not only did he take the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the design, but he also had the ring ready even earlier than I expected! Whenever I had a question or needed an update, he always replied promptly, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service, and Alexander definitely went above and beyond in every way.
