Really good service
Really good service, excellent staff, great communications throughout the wait for the ring. I bought our engagement ring through them a year ago, which was lovely, and went back for my fiancee's wedding ring, which matched perfectly.
I think generally they are really good value too.

Helpful staff and wonderful quality jewellery
They were super helpful in store, helping my fiancé and I design our own ring. Jessica gave us lots of information to help us make a choice, she was very knowledgeable. We were treated very well by the team at the Newcastle store who offered us some fizz and make the experience really special. When the ring was ready to pick up, it was absolutely stunning. A+B are also much cheaper than other places online and you get the benefit of being able to have an in-store experience which is more personal.

After seeing a ring online we wanted to head in store to go through options. As neither of us had done this before, we were both uncertain of what to expect but also, felt it could be uncomfortable and dare I say awkward.
However, Hazel made us feel very welcome, wanted to hear about everything which had been going on to a hectic start to 2025!
Hazel showed us different options, styles and sizes. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.
