We are a family owned business and have worked in the health and social care sector for a number of years focusing on providing products to support the care of older people and in particular, fall prevention, since 2006. We started our business because we recognised that carers, whether home or organisation based, need good quality safety products to help them support their loved ones or patients. We are proud to offer high quality, reasonably priced products backed up by exceptional customer service from our offices and warehouse located in North East Leicestershire. These products include a broad range of fall prevention aids and alarm systems including bed and chair pads, floor mats, alarm pages, motion sensors and much more ............

VIBRATING PAGER FOR CARERS

Wireless portable carer pager with motion sensor.
I am hard of hearing and found this unique device to use bedside at night, to stop wandering. It vibrates as well as emitting sound, and in my case the pager sits under my bed pillow and is efficient in both vibration and sound. Can be used day/night in either mode.
Specification TL-2020P + 433-MS. There are several variants.
Well pleased.

Battery leaked after 7 months won’t give refund

Battery leaked after 7 months burnt my finger badly.
Company saying the batteries must be moved ?.
Rip off !
Will be taking this further.

In your email, you confirmed that the batteries were left inside the alarm while it was not in use.

While we appreciate your concern, this type of information isn’t specifically required under the Consumer Rights Act or other product information standards, as it is widely understood that batteries may leak or corrode if left in devices for extended periods without use.

Based on your description, the issue appears to have resulted from battery corrosion rather than a fault with the product itself, and therefore would not typically be covered under warranty.

That said, we genuinely value your feedback and, as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter, we are happy to offer either a full refund or a replacement product.
