I am so happy with my new mattress. Finding a natural, safe mattress is important to me. I was able to find the most comfortable, quality mattress I have ever owned thanks to Steve!

Steve was awesome! Low pressure and high knowledge made it a breeze. These are the best beds made hands down. Old school natural ingredients. We love our mattress!

Today, I had a relaxing experience of finding out what mattress fit me best. Bert did not rush me and listened to what I needed most. His patience was so appreciated, and knowing I am getting a mattress that is made of natural products is something I look forward to. I will have a 10-year warranty on the mattress, too. It is worthwhile to visit Austin Natural Mattress in W. Austin.

Bed buying can be exhausting. I wanted a mattress that was organic, luxurious, and in the middle of a pandemic when shopping is not easy and apparently coils for mattresses are sparse. I purchase the Halcyon organic from Austin Natural Mattress and all I can say is shop local and shop with Bert at ANM. What a great experience. The mattress I originally purchased could not be made because of COVID, coil shortage- really. ANM worked with me to find a fix. The fix wasn’t simple but these guys felt like great customer support was worth effort.
I had tried to buy through Avocado and interestingly, no customer support and not a phone number to be found in their site. I think I dodged a bullet there. ANM is just local and real people in our community making sure our mattress needs are met. Thanks To the fabulous delivery folks and Bert. I really appreciate each of you.

It was so refreshing to visit Austin Natural Mattress’ Bee Caves store to look at beds today. I called before coming and spoke with Bert who gave me good preliminary info. When I got there, Bert was a pleasure to work with. He actually was concerned about what we wanted/needed and there was no pressure at all. The whole purchasing experience was easy, and we look forward to the new bed - which is good quality with no smells to out-gas - yay! Austin Mattress is a solid local business with good service and staff. I highly recommend them!

Dalton, at the North Austin location was EXCELLENT! We called ahead and got a 1 on 1 appointment and he was kind enough to close the store doors so that we could have the store to ourselves and check out mattresses! This was our first mattress buying experience (which can be a little overwhelming) but over the course of the two hours, he educated us on everything we needed to know about natural and organic mattresses and the different materials and comfort levels each type had. We left with a full set up, a wealth of knowledge, and a big smile! He gave us a great deal and very much enjoyed our experience with him. Thank you Dalton and Austin Natural Mattress!

I’ve been working with Steve, the owner who is super-knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I knew that I wanted to purchase a quality mattress (and bedding) made from healthy, high quality materials, and Steve helped me feel comfortable about the process despite being in the midst of COVID-19. I appreciate that Austin Natural Mattress is high-integrity and locally owned, and I would recommend purchasing mattresses, bedding, pillows and more from them.

Helpful and informative staff made the process stress free. The sales rep was patient and didn't pressure us at all which also made the buying experience pleasant.

I am very upset about the customer service I did buy a matress on May/29/2020 at the Austin Texas online store to my surprise i did tried to track my package with the information that Matress Firm give to me and was impossible so after several emails to the store because they never answered the phones this men contacted me assured me that my matress will be deliver with no problem maybe very soon but at the same time he says that it is not possible to track my package because they weren't Amazon or something like that he says but because he want to be nice with me then him Mister Bert Cantu told me that for sure he would call me as soon he knows something anything about my package, because again they are not Amazon.

I guess he doesn't know nothing because I still waiting for a call or for my matress of course I did emailed Matress Firm again and called them and again there is no answer.

I make them 100% responsible because i am an assencial worker so my schedules vary everyday and i just need to know when my package would be delivery it is to much to ask?

I need to know when the package arrives in order to be here at home I living very close to downtown Austin, Texas all kinds of people walking around without any restrictions and my package couldn't simply be there sitting for hours it could be stolen.

Please if someone who working in Mattress Firm see this please help me.

Easy to shop online; great, easy to understand rating for clean, safe bedding.

Overall, easy to order, however details are lacking for several of the mattresses. For example we ordered the Nurture Plush, but no dimensions on line w/r/t thickness for sheet sizing, or anticipated delivery date at checkout.

The customer service was excellent. Dalton went above and beyond to help me find a mattress for my daughter. I am so happy with my purchase (and so is she)!

If anyone I know is in need of a mattress, I will definitely send them to Austin Natural Mattress.

I walked into the store a few days ago just browsing a bit and dalton walked right up to me very polite and asked me a few questions about why I was there. Accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable, I had no idea there was that much to know about this stuff!! Will be back soon!
