OMG People BEWARE!

OMG People BEWARE!! I Wish I had read all the reviews before getting sucked in to purchasing from this company that has the nerve to call themseves Australian Kids but in actual fact the stuff is coming from overseas. I Never received my order and it took 6 long weeks from my initial complaint to receive my money back. I was sent a photo of the supposed delivery which showed no parcel and it was on the footpath side of my front fence and it was dark, what an absolute joke and they use some delivery service that I have never heard of. As soon as I started tring to get a refund I kept getting told to be patient, well I am sorry but it does not take 6 weeks to process a refund!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a month ago and have not…

I ordered a month ago and have not received my items. I have followed up twice now with no updates.
Realised after ordering the items are the same on temu and I could have gotten it in time. Now scrambling to order my presents for my son as these don’t look like they’ll come anytime soon (if at all)

Wow. Not for me

Wow. I was just about to ask Aus. kids if they would be willing to send to NZ . I realize the child in the ad. is playing with more than one set of toys which is a bit misleading but reading these reviews I'm not buying now. I've been so disappointed in the past with shopping on line so I don't want to go down that road again. Montessori should review your ads..

Bad Quality and long wait

This company says Australian kids so naturally you’d expect quality Australian made products. The product I received took over 3 weeks to be delivered and the quality was absolutely terrible. Also to note it came from overseas. Very disappointed.

So disappointed in the luminous drawing…

So disappointed in the luminous drawing board. The thin plastic board looks second hand and one of the connection wires is loose. The general quality is shoddy and cheap. I paid half price and would have been angrier if I had paid the full price. Unfortunately, I bought 2.Never again. I had the option to return them to China at my cost.

I bought a DIY handmade material…Package, shipping and response issues

I bought a DIY handmade material package which I was going to give as a present. Unfortunately the package is way to damaged to give. I've never experienced this with online shopping before and wouldn't recommend this company atm. I'm hoping the actual quality is good.
Also I never received any tracking information and wondered where the package was. I did email the company.

Terrible.

When I ordered the item, they said it was Australian stock - it wasn't. Took weeks to arrive from China. When it finally arrived, the item was so poorly packaged that it was damaged through the packaging. The "box" it arrived in had holes it and the item had absolutely zero padding inside the box to protect it. The actual item itself had the remains of glue all over it and seemed very cheaply made considering to $70 price tag.
I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions regarding to arrival condition of their product without any reply in nearly 6 weeks.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Poor quality products straight from China

Product is poor quality straight from China. Took 30 days to receive my order. I want to return the product but returns policy says order needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase - how is that supposed to work when the delivery takes that long!? Waiting for their customer support to get back to me.

Misleading and misuse of Montessori

The items I ordered took several weeks to arrive, had badly damaged packaging which is very annoying as they were to be gifts. Misuse of the term Montessori and very over priced for the quality of the products. Misleading advertising as an Australian business when it is actually based in Hong Kong and shipped from China which you can't know until after the order is shipped and you track it.

I had not expected the parcel to take 3…

I had not expected the parcel to take 3 weeks and half weeks to arrive. When it did the packaging was very pathetic and flimsy, and the box was badly damaged so much so that you would not be able to put it all back in the box.

I haven't as yet opened all the separate parcels but hoping it is not cheap quality.
I purchased the Rotating Montessori Gear Building Toy for my grandsons.

But for a company that gives you every indication that it is Australian and founded in Melbourne, but all the products come from China, is misleading.

Won't be using them again

Disappointing experience

I ordered a duel logic puzzle for my granddaughter’s birthday in September, on 27August and still haven’t received it! I have requested a refund and have not heard a word from them since! I tracked the parcel through an outfit called YANWEN and it suddenly disappeared. This is the second parcel I have not received through this carrier. They take no responsibility! Give this company a miss as they are not honest!

The parcel took forever to arrive and…

The parcel took forever to arrive and when it did it was in a very crumpled condition and it was the wrong item. They say it was definitely what I ordered but it was not, and now the item is no longer available on the website, go figure.

Beware - this is a scam

Wish I could give a minus 5 review.
Beware!!! Don't order from here. There's nothing Australian about this website. It's cheap useless quality. Comes from China - asked for a refund and was told to send it to China with a tracking code! They misuse the name Montessori- you can order the same from Shein which is known as coming from China for one quarter of the price!! Unfortunately forgot to read the reviews beforehand. Fake not Australian

This company is not Australian and items are poor quality! You can get these items off temu! Items come from China and packaged very poorly which caused the box to arrive crushed and looking bad! Was meant to be a gift!

I ordered a luminous Led board for children. The order was clearly dropped shipped from China and took a long time to arrive. The boxes where crushed on arrival but the biggest disappointment was the quality. It looks so cheap, you need a laptop to use this so clearly not kid friendly. What a waste of $$ and destined for landfill :( Not good at all

Damaged packaging

Item I ordered (Felt Sewing Kit) was ok but boxed packaging was a mess, split and squashed in places.
