I have been working with Australian Digital since March 2021 when we relaunched our new website. We've been around since 2014 and have experienced more growth and understanding of the ecommerce side of the business in the last 6 months than we have in the years prior. Steven has helped guide us, educate us on how to look at the business, created positive ROAS, and helped us refocus on taking the steps to scale profitably instead of focusing solely on revenue growth. What I love most is that Australian.Digital isn't an agency, it's like having an in house staff member/mentor and they actually give a damn about your business. Prior to working with Steven, we had come off 2.5 years working with Australia's most known digital agency who did absolutely nothing for us, didn't deliver on their 3x revenue statement, poorly managed our account and always had excuses. This was the same for two agencies prior, because these agencies do not care when you're just a number. I honestly don't know where we would have been if it weren't for Steven and I am excited more than ever to keep growing in new markets and evolving the business in the coming years.
