SCAM DO NOT USE

SCAM DO NOT USE! This disgrace of a company took £1100 from myself for myself , then asked for £900 more without telling me before hand Of additional costs! After refusing and asking for a refund, they charged me £400 an hour for every time I spoke to them. That’s including being on hold and the phone calls complaining and wanting the refund. Absolute SCAM

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are only interested in your money. I approached them and told them my age was 50 years old and that I was recovering from cancer and they still said that Australia is happy to accept me. Now I know the cut off age is 49 and under normal circumstances your application should be submitted by the time your 45. The conversation very quickly came to the payment of £1200 to proceed. When I informed the representative that I had left my preferred card at home the representative pushed quite forcefully and bordering aggressive for payment via a different card.
!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
DO NOT BE A FOOL WITH YOUR MONEY

Definitely a SCAM website.When is the…

Definitely a SCAM website. When is the Australian Government going to clean up this industry.
DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They peddle outdated forms which are available through the Australian Governments Border Protection website and provide no contact back up. For the privilege of being scammed they charge $A160.

Real SCAM! Please don’t use the website!!!

The worst experience ever for paying £281.09 for an ETA to Australia. Me and my husband have UK passports, and we are aware that we were not required to have an ETA to visit Australia. On the evening of 23 Apr 2019, the staff from Cebu Pacific Airlines at Manila airport insisted that they will only allow to check us in with ETA even though we strongly opposed as we are in possession of a British passport. Staff gave us initially a website which it didn’t had the UK from the list for the reason of it’s exception from ETA. Therefore, they gave us the website australianevisaonline.gov. We were surprised, very disappointed, and with unbelief that the amount shown was over $300 which is equivalent to £281.09. This is very unexpected to come out from our pocket for such a huge amount of money we intended to use during our trips to Australia.

Having known the above given fees, we raised the issue with the Cebu Pacific staff the amount was far too much and that the UK is not even listed for ETA yet staffs have ignored our rights as UK passport holders and pushed us to get the payment done thru autralianevisaonline.gov. We just didn’t understand why staff won’t listen.

We were shocked with this demand and with hesitancy, we filled in the application as we were told this is the only way for us to enter Australia. Whilst completing the application, and even before my husband pressed the button to agree to pay online via PayPal, the money was taken out quickly from his account.

For a moment, this experience have pulled us down from our excitement to enter Australia for the first time!

On the positive side, we have had an amazing time with friends in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra!

This IS a scam website- it comes up…

This IS a scam website- it comes up looking very official with an Australian government logo etc- they tried to charge about $150 for the service BUT IT'S FREE ON THE RIGHT WEB SITE. The site you need is online.immi.gov.au which is the official government website and e-visa for UK citizens is FREE and takes 5-10 minutes. Don't use these sharks!

scam website

I think this is a scam website. I paid $120 for a $20 visa and cannot find the eta on the government website using the reference number they provided.

I emailed and used their online chat to ask for the visa grant number to which they just kept copy and pasting me the same info.

NONE of the 7 phone numbers they list on their websites work and they are not even based in Australia and have no ties to the government
