Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Tall size crutches you selected weren’t the right fit.

The Rebotec Quick N Easy – Underarm Crutches (Tall) you purchased match both the manufacturer’s specifications (shoulder height 136–156 cm, handle height 75–98 cm) and the details provided on our product page at the time of purchase. The item is not faulty — this is a change-of-mind/incorrect selection — and under our Returns & Exchanges Policy, we’re unable to offer an exchange or refund in these cases.

The Tall model has multiple adjustment points, and we’ve provided guidance to help ensure the correct fit within its range. If you believe the product does not adjust within the stated specifications, we’re happy to review this further with the manufacturer.

As we mentioned, the product is described as "adaptable," meaning it’s compatible with various connection types to suit multiple monitoring systems and can be used with multiple patients. It does not come with a specific connection type, as the focus is on its adaptability.

Regarding your request for a refund, we referred to our returns policy, which aligns with the Australian Health Care Refund Policy and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. As per the policy, refunds are issued if the product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, or does not fit the intended purpose or match the sample provided. If you would like to refer the matter to consumer affairs, we are more than happy to provide all the relevant documentation to support our position.

Additionally, I want to clarify that the lack of a phone number for direct contact is not relevant to the resolution of this issue. We provide multiple channels for communication and are committed to addressing all inquiries promptly through our designated support methods.
