Ordered and I was sent an email asking to pay delivery fee
There was no delivery fee on website, I asked for an invoice to pay delivery.
I am being ignored, theyve taken the money and ran

9 Nov 2025 placed a pre-Xmas order for three cases Leffe Blond
9 Dec 2025 advised goods were damaged in transit and substitution Leffe Brun offered (as no stock of the Blond)
30 Dec 2025 two cartons beer arrived intact, well after Xmas. A third, sans cardboard, was loosely packed in bubble wrap only with two broken bottles and shards coating the remainder
Complaints met with stonewalling (I have no control of the freight) and an offer of a discount on the next order.
Polite request for an immediate compensation ignored.
Leffe beer is now advertised by John as discounted from $92.99 to $77.99 yet was $70.99 in Nov.

April 8, 2025 I ordered 2 items at Australian Liquor Suppliers
The supplier split the order because out of stock
He send 1 item and promised to resend the second item post stock refill
I waited some weeks
14/06/2025 I asked for the item or refund but the seller ignored the email
The 3rd email request for refund was answered with “Thanks”
13/7/25 never I got refund or the second item
13/7/25 I saw that Google Map placed "Permanently closed" on Australian Liquor Suppliers
The webside is still online
