DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Purchased 55cm Herding Ball - absolute piece of crap. Lasted 30 secs - inner bladder was way too small and did not fit into outer cover. Contacted company via email only to have AI replies. Was offered a 'complimentary' replacement - but next email talked about damage of product prior to delivery. Would not recommend any products nor this company to anyone - products are not as described - positive reviews are fraudulent. Purchased 2 products - neither matched their description

Do not be fooled by this store's premium local branding. They use highly deceptive pricing tactics, advertising cheap items as heavily "discounted" from e.g. $39.90 down to $19.95 (plus $4.95 shipping).The pet lick bowl that arrived is a joke. The plastic mold tolerances are warped, the plastic is incredibly flimsy, and it is entirely unusable and unsafe for pets. It is identical to low-tier $5 goods found on cheap overseas budget marketplaces.Furthermore, their storefront features a clear pattern of fake, glowing reviews generated by unverified profiles to artificially inflate their rating, while actual verified buyers leave 1-star warnings. When you ask for a refund under their "Australian Consumer Law" guarantee, they refuse a full refund, offer predatory low-ball partial settlements (30% and 75%), and demand you pay massive out-of-pocket shipping costs to return the item to a hidden dropshipping warehouse in China (Hangzhou Panda E-commerce Co.). Reported to the ACCC and escalated to PayPal. Avoid!
