The client talking with me is so nice and he answers all my questions.
Initially, I was excited about joining the fund because I was saving up to $100 per month. However, after repeated and constant miscommunication, incorrect information and promises that weren't always kept, has now caused me to question my decision and I will consider shopping around again. It has taken a lengthy conversation with a senior complaints manager in order to see some action that may satisfy me. I remain sceptical about the service I will receive from hereon in and would not recommend the fund to others. As mentioned, I am considering switching funds as a result of my recent and initial experience.

I have been with Australian unity from 2003 upto 2013 had no bad ro bad experience
The basis information I could see online made sense. The best thing for me however was the most excellent customer service provided by Junior, who answered all my questions and I had heaps of them. Junior was very knowledgeable and his voice was very easy to understand.
They never sent me the password link ( ask on more than one occasion.) preventing me from getting online.
Secondly, I received an email stating because they had written down my bank accounts incorrectly they could not access any monies from that account so in 14 days they would try again!
That the way, do the same thing and expect a different result! Morons.

Called few times never answered. They promised some one call tomorrow. So far one called. Submitted for claim no answer in two weeks. Much worst
