Terrible Service

This company provides next to zero support and our hosted email with them was a disaster. Lodged a support ticket for a problem and no response 24chours later. Not good enough. Cancelled my service and went elsewhere. Sub standard service.

Australianwebsites.com.au sucks

I've been with Australianwebsites.com.au for 2 years. Their service is problematic. It's operated by the solo owner and I have been having ongoing issues with certain email senders not being able to get through to me and email recipients not getting my emails. Lately I have had to submit a ticket every few days. I guess he thought I was the problem and promptly shut down my account even though I just paid his invoice for the following month. He said he had not received funds even though I sent him a screen shot of my bank account showing it was paid on time - twice. Now I am completely unable to receive or send emails. I'm thoroughly disgusted by this unprofessional and incompetent web host. Don't waste your time and money with them.

The web wizard of Oz

Be aware if you are considering purchasing services from this business you are dealing with the inherent risks of a sole one man operation for admin and technical issues rather than a bonafide company. The phone numbers provided for support are redirected to a mobile that was not answering. When I realised my mistake I immediately requested a refund which to date has been denied. No effort was provided to address my concerns, rather the focus has been on my sources for the poor internet reviews I have discovered. 2 weeks later no refund has yet been provided and the matter rests in the hands PayPal. I definitely do not trust the business owner to deliver a safe, secure, reliable, quality service. This is a headache I could do without. To make matters worse the business owner has personalised the issue with disparaging emails.
