Well built with easy to use interface and controls. Not impacted by geofencing. Camera is very good, but not great. Still an excellent investment.

Information displayed on your web site along with the choices I made during the purchase and checkout are misleading and as a result I did not receive what I expected to receive according to the information displayed and presented on your web site. Comments received from one of your sales representatives came across as offensive with little to no concern with the customer's point of view. The product I purchased is top notch the customer experience not so much.

Hands down one of the best drones out there in my opinion. Nothing bad about it, that I can find.

I ordered the Autel EVO II 6K with the fly more package. I am very pleased with my experience as my product arrived quickly, on time, and in good condition. I am very happy with the purchase price as well, it was the best deal I could find online for a bundle package.
As far as the product goes, I am also very pleased with the Autel EVO II Pro 6K. The controls are nice, the aircraft is stable and the image and video quality is excellent!
I will use Autelpilot again for future purchases.

Autel EVO 2 Pro 6K Rugged Bundle! Great product and a great price! I’ve owned eight drones, five DJI’s (Inspire One RAW, Phantom Pro, Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro 2 and Mavic 2 Zoom) and three Autel EVO’s (two EVO 1’s and now one EVO 2 Pro 6K) The 6K is by far my favorite drone! I get paid to fly, not by being grounded in a DJI NFZ! I’ve have had to practice a bit to get EP2 to be as smooth as the Mavics, but I’m there now! I love the EP2 longer flying times too! Hopefully, AUTEL will develop a 2X zoom version. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I have ordered an Autel Robotics EVO II Drone Rugged Bundle - 8k Camera Drone Bundle - EVO II Upgrade Rugged Bundle $2,099.00 USD on July 18, 2020. However, UPS has lost the shipment en route to delivery, and UPS company has paid this AUTELPILOT the check on August 27. However, this AUTELPILOT company has not notified me either email, phone or text AT ALL. I was sitting in the dark and kept waiting for the shipment. Then find out from USP delivery company the true story. I have called this number 323-457-8808 so many times as posted on the website, Facebook and all over internet. However, not even one got through. Phone kept ringing, I am not sure this number is legit anyway.
I kept emailing the AUTELPILOT company and wanted a full refund because this was NOT my fault and i have waited too long for my product. There was a respond from Micheal who was asking me to get full refund back or replacement drone, and I have responded back to his email asking for full refund, and it is 11 days since the respond email but i still have not seeing, receiving or any responding back from this gentlment yet. Please let me know what is going on here and are u going to refund or NOT. I will not hesitate to go further if NEEDED to resolve this issue. It has taken too much time out of my daily life and headache which should not be.
Couple of their reviews were from their own people. Do Not trust this company and this company operates in Mainland China. Neither their phone # nor the agents are legit. Completely scam. Should check Autopilot instead.
