What a pair of scammers. Totally untrustworthy, do not touch with a barge pole. You will not receive what you order, you will get any reply from " contact us " , you will not get replies if you email them.

Be careful. I placed (and paid) and order more than 3 months ago. Sent several reminders, but no package received yet. Starting to wonder if it is a fraud.

Its been more then 3 month since I orderet, and I have tried all possible to get any answer from Them.

I dont Think I Will ever get What I bought.

They are i possible to get in touch with. Mails are only responded by automatic reply.

I’d rather leave no stars as well. I ordered a cat jacket 100.00 dollars it’s been almost 3 months. I have reached out through email because that’s the only way, and they reapond with automated message leading you on. Be warned stay away from Auth

Ordered a jacket for my son on October 24, it is now December 2nd and he still has not received it. I also had fraudulent charges to my credit card soon after I contacted the company, my credit card has since been cancelled and a new one issued with all charges refunded. Do not order from them. I emailed there customer service address and got an automated message back. No other contact info for the company was found, no phone number or mailing address. So glad my credit card company contacted me right away or I would have been broke for Christmas shopping.

Would rather leave a NO STAR rating on this. hubby bought not thinking he should have used PayPal or the like - not even sure that he could.
Again shoes ordered were taking so long so we cancelled the order. Now waiting for our REFUND (which we don't think will happen) supposed to take 20-25 days - now been 40+ days....

Like many others I also ordered a jacket from Auth Sale. I ordered in September until today, Nov. 30. I haven’t received the jacket.

I have communicated with the company just to received the same information than other customers.

Do not buy from them.

I made a order 45 days ago on October 11th and still have not received my shirts. I got in contact with them and they emailed me that it takes 30 days to get items but company address I believe is colorado been 45 days since order could have made them myself by now will be getting in touch with my credit card company for further action at this time. Anyone else who has this problem can do the same and the card company will file a complaint against them and their lawyers will get involved with getting your money back.

Bogus company (( Ordered RL jacket from them, they did not send it to me, and don’t want to refund my money back, ignoring my emails. Be careful !!!!....Don’t buy from Auth.sale.
