Bought a jacket they emailed me a fake usps tracking number brought the number to them they had no idea what to do with kept emailing em and all they did was do that fake customer service bs do not buy from em it’s a scam

You owe me 55$
Ordered 2 shirts, one arrived and one got lost. Company sent my shirts uninsured so the mail carrier cant be held responsible and the company has to replace the item. I was offered a replacement at first but now they aren't responding to my emails anymore. 55$ down the drain. Last time I bought stuff from China.
