Ordered a pair of trainers, they came within the allotted delivery period. Excellent service, competitive price and an all round pleasant experience.

A joke of a company.They send me different size of shoes.I contacted them in the only means of comms(email).They said they are going to send me a returns label.Never did.I am sorting it now with my bank.A company with a non existent customer service is not considered a company but a bunch of fraudsters.Following my review on Trust pilot the company contacted me apologizing and offering for the right pair of shoes this time.I opted for a refund.The company claimed they missed my emails requesting for a resolution but acted upon my review here.I am waiting for my refund now.I got my refund from the bank.The company insists on receiving the original package which was a common box.I have paid 6 pounds for a new box for which I was not compensated.They are claiming that it’s against their refund policy not to have the original box.They are sending me emails on a daily basis now.Joke of a company and also they advise you to change your review.I will lower my review now due to constant pestering on their side.I have added photos with the shoes with the wrong size

Ordered the item on the 30th of April - Paid £7.00 Delivery fees thinking the item would arrive on time but this has not happened as it is now Thursday the 9th of may bearing in mind the Monday bank holiday and I have still yet not received this item not only that but they are not willing to refund my delivery charges !

However I was then contacted by customer services who had then confirmed they would be refunding my delivery charges due to the order being delayed.

I ordered my son a pair of Nike trainers from this site. The communication was great from the team they got back to me right away replying to any questions I had. The trainers arrived promptly and my son is delighted with them. Would highly recommend them and would be more than happy to order from them again.

Great sneakers great service. At first I thought there was a problem with delivery and contacted authenticated.
They got back to me quickly and sorted everything so the goods arrived asap

I placed on order on the 27th for 2-5 day delivery. The parcel is not even in transit yet and when I tried to reach out to them I get no reply.

Update -
If I was delivered within 5 working days I would have had it by the 5th of march. I wrote this review on the 7th of march so that is clearly incorrect
