This outfit is a total scam. They promise they will waive the restocking fee, you send any returns back, they wait a REAL long time to credit you so they can hold the money, and then they charge you for the restocking fee. They don't email you any sort of logic of how they came up with the return amounts. Buyer Beware!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Authentic Band Merch has been extremely frustrating.

This was my second attempt to purchase the same item from this company: a Nine Inch Nails stone wash shirt in size small.

My first order, placed around the holidays, never shipped even after several weeks despite being told it would ship within 5–7 business days. After waiting patiently and giving the company extra time, I ultimately had to cancel the order.

A few months later I decided to give the company another chance because the brand had originally been recommended to me by someone I trust. I placed the order again specifically for the stone wash version of the shirt, which is the more expensive version of the item.

When the package arrived, the company had sent the black shirt instead of the stone wash shirt that I paid for. In other words, I paid for the higher-priced item but received a different, lower-priced product.

Customer service responded by asking me to print a label, repackage the shirt, and return it before any resolution could occur. While the label was prepaid, this still requires additional time and effort for a mistake that was not mine.

After two failed attempts to receive a very simple order, the experience has been disappointing. I work long hours while completing a master’s program and simply expected to receive the item that was ordered.

Based on the delays, incorrect shipment, and the fact that I paid for a more expensive item that was never delivered, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company.

As others have said, delivery is VERY slow. The bigger issue is that the shirts are made with the cheapest material. They are very thin. This is someone cutting costs and printing on as needed basis using the cheapest possible method. No resemblance to real merch.

I should have read these reviews before I ordered anything. I placed an order on November 30 thinking it was plenty of time to get the items by Christmas. I sent an email on December 16 asking if I would receive it before Christmas being that I could have made an order elsewhere if it wasn’t. They told me it was shipping that week. I get updates from USPS and Authentic Band Merch printed a label to give the perception that they were shipping it but didn’t actually ship it. It won’t be getting here before Christmas and I’ve emailed them to cancel the package. This company is a joke. Had they been honest, I still would have had time to place an order with another company or get the items elsewhere. Like the other reviews say…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a couple t-shirts as a Christmas gift for my husband on November 15. A week later I get a generic email saying they are super busy but not to worry my order will ship soon and they will update me when it does. A week later still nothing so I sent an email asking for an update as this is a gift. Another generic email saying not to worry. I message again saying I want real answers and a tracking number. Nothing. I send another email saying I want this escalated to a manager. Finally get an email that just says soup not worry. It is coming but may be delayed due to weather. They do not care. This place is a joke. Christmas is a week away and I still have nothing even though I shopped early. Do NOT buy from these scam artists!

Ordered a tee shirt on 21 October, received a confirmation email, then nothing for two weeks. Then an email saying how busy they were, but the tee would ship very soon. Heard nothing, so I followed up one week later and was reassured it would ship the following week. Another week long wait and finally a refund email with no apology saying It may take up to 10 days for the money to appear back in my account.

No thanks, you bunch of timewasters I will be giving this lot a swerve in furture, and would advise everyone else to do the same.

I wish I could give negative stars. Waited over a month for my shirt and asked for a refund. They only refunded 30 out of 42 dollars stating they had a fee for cancelling. This is how they make their money

I wish I could give less than one star to Authentic Band Merch! I ordered a couple of t-shirts for a concert weeks in advance. About a week before the concert having never heard from them nor given a delivery date, I decided to get a hold of them. You can only email support so that's what I did. They do not get right back, but when they did it was weird promises that they value the customer and my order should ship soon. It hadn't even been processed yet! I asked for it to be cancelled immediately and then heard nothing until I got the email saying it shipped. I again emailed they I did not want the shirts and what was the return policy. Never heard back. Sent another email and they responded to check the site for return options. What a nightmare! Finally received them three days after the concert. I refused to accept and sent them right back so I didn't have to be out shipping on top of it all. Now I wait to see if they will give me my money back.

Terrible company. No communication. Fast to charge your card tho. Dont order from this company. Look elsewhere

I ordered two t-shirts a month ago and still my order is unfilled I have sent numerous emails to cancel my order and no response. I wish I could give no star this is the worse site ever. Do not purchase from this place.

Placed my t shirt order almost a month ago and still nothing. I have to say that ABM has been good about answering my emails (hence the 2 stars) about WHEN my shirt will be sent, but in one email communication dated August 11 I was told my shirt was in production and would be shipped later that week. It's August 25 and no shirt.
My experience with ABM has been disappointing--wish I had read more of their customer reviews before doing business with them.

I returned a shirt bought for$37,97, they do not accept exchanges, which was much larger than the guide size stated and refunded $20.91, they kept 20% + their shipping. I had paid over $7 to return. Legalized thieving.

It took forever (a month and a half) to get the order and then it was too small so I read the return policy and you have to ask if they’ll take returns. I emailed the company and they didn’t reply. Stay away!

I ordered two items from this site. I placed one order on June 3rd, 2025 and another on June 4th, 2025. Marianne sent an email to me asking how I liked the items that I ordered! Because I was able to reply to the email, because they wanted feedback, I did. I told her that I still had not received what I ordered and that was on July 5th! So I got a response back saying that they would refund the money for the AC/DC ball cap, and they did, but I asked about the Tom Perry t-shirt and still haven’t got a reply on that and still haven’t received the T-shirt as of today, July 13th! I have checked the status on the site and and still shows paid and unfulfilled a month and half later! I highly recommend to people DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Allowing for the 4/6 business days that said it would take before you receive your order! This is beyond ridiculous! I should have read the reviews before I ordered, this is just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from this “company”.

It took me over a month to receive my order. I never got any notifications EXCEPT of course confirmation that they DID in fact receive payment. after that it was at least a month before i received my order..it was long enough that i had just given up and chalked it as a loss..i was actually surprised when i received it..i did actually receive exactly what i paid for and am satisfied with that ..however the waiting period coupled with no notifications or means to track the item i paid for guarentees i will never purchase anything throigh them again..ill take non authentic band merch before i do that..

It's no surprise this company hides its reviews. I strongly advise against ordering from them. They are not legitimate, have terrible business practices, and absolutely no follow-through.

I ordered two shirts and only received part of the order. A month later, I reached out for an update, and instead of helping, they accused me of lying. I had to prove they were wrong, and even then, I received no apology or resolution. A month passed with zero follow-up, and they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake.

I eventually got my money back, but I would caution anyone considering buying from them—look elsewhere. I certainly will.

Ordered a shirt for my son with what I thought was plenty of time for it to arrive. After 10 days of the purchase I got an email saying they were backed up and I’d get a shipping notification soon because they “had a busy month”. I emailed them back with my order asking what was going on. They assured me my order would be sent out within the next week. 5 days later I followed up again as it’s now been over 2 weeks since I paid $35 for a kids shirt. No response. They just canceled my order the next day.

I have no connection to or prior experience with this company. After I ordered shirts, I read some negative reviews. If I had a bad experience, I'd be writing that review. I ordered 4 band t-shirts. I got my shirts yesterday. The quality was great. They are authentic, shipped with all the tags, labels on. The fabric is legit, the silkscreens are clean and the sizing was right-on. The price was in line with what I'd pay at a show. I was short a shirt. I messaged the company and got an immediate response. I expect to get that shirt soon and without a bunch of nonsense. If I don't , I'll update. So far, my experience is not the same as a lot of the negative reviews. If I get the ,missing shirt, I'll probably order another 4.

UPDATE: Received the missing shirt and it is as pictured in the ad. I received all that I ordered and have now worn and washed these shirts. I'll order a few more. Hope others have the same experience.

The quality is very cheap. I gave it to my kids as I ordered a large and its more like a youth-medium.

The quality is extremely cheap as well.
