New,well equipped RV
New,well equipped RV. Well planned route and campsites. Post/zip codes for all the sites would have been useful as a couple were awkward to find. Due to being at the very start of the season quite a few of the camp offices were either closed or had limited opening hours.

Overall, the experience was amazing, but it ended with a very bad point. Nice team, friendly and helpful. The RV was just perfect. But I forgot a scarf in it when I gave it back. I called just the next day and it was already stolen. It was a sentimentally valued gift. Ruined it all a bit

Excellent communication
Excellent communication and post-service customer care. It was easy to communicate via email, with quick responses (within a day due to timezone differences i imagine) and when I thought I had a problem with the car hire company, Authentik was easy to contact and helped me resolve the problem.
