I paid for publishing, they did the work of formatting, and almost got the book published but then I was also asked for a marketing plan of silver, gold and platinum, and I was about to sign up for that but read the reviews here, thank god I didn't pay. And Yes, my guy was also Marcel. They do provide the basic editing and formatting, maybe they were gaining trust from me by doing so, but I have blocked them now.

If you don't buy their additional services, like their marketing services or extra editing formatting. They will stop responding Or reply you after days. Even though you paid the initial amount which they wanted. I paid $400 for publishing, after two days. They wanted additional line editing charges of $400. I refused, then again after a day, Someone named Marcel asked me to buy marketing. When I refused that, They just didn't give me any attention. My biggest mistake was paying through Zelle. BECAUSE you can't get a refund or dispute that. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE AT ALL, EVEN IF YOU DO NEVER USE ZELLE. so you can atleast ask your money back from Bank. Philippines is where they are from I think, You can have an idea from the accent. STAY AWAY from this Scammer's!!!!!!

This company is scam, I first saw their ad on bing, talked with them for my children book publishing, paid $900, after a few days before publishing, someone named Marcel called, and offered me to buy a marketing plan in which they will provide returns on amazon, there were three plans, silver, gold and platinum, I bought gold for $8000, apart from a website, couple articles, they didnt provide anything at all. No results of sale, after that, they again told me about a distribution deal, that my books is amazing, and their distribution team has offered to buy 2000 copies of my book, but I have to pay printing, and they will offer me profit, total printing charges were $12000, from which they said they will pay half, so I paid $6000. two months passed, no reply, no calls getting picked, it was all a scam. there was no distribution, no sales. I lost $14000. things which they do is, provide you a website, publish the book, format the book, a couple articles, thats it. I talked with Jason, Marcel and Oscar. On further investigation once I filed a dispute with bank, I found out, they are not even located in USA.
If anyone has similar story, DO NOT PAY, there will be no service, you will lose all the money.
I have also contacted law enforcement, and send a legal notice as well.
