I went with their full-service package and it covered everything from ghostwriting to book marketing. Process was pretty organized and Paul kept me updated most of the time. They also handled my audiobook which turned out really GREAT. My book is now live on Kindle and Amazon which was the main goal. A couple small delays but nothing major. Overall very solid experience.

Finally decided to get my story out there, and honestly glad I did this. Went with their ghostwriting and editing, and Tyler really helped keep things moving. They even got my book up on Amazon and Kindle which felt HUGE for me. I had no clue about half the stuff but they explained it in a simple way. Whole thing felt way less stressful than I expected. Really happy with how it turned out.

Worked with them on ghostwriting and audiobook services. Quality was good but I had to follow up a couple times. Paul did make sure everything got done in the end. Audiobook actually turned out better than I expected. Just felt a bit longer than it should’ve been. Still a positive experience.

Not gonna lie I waited years before doing this and wish I started earlier. Tyler helped with editing, design and getting everything ready for publishing. He even explained stuff like metadata and Amazon listing which I didn’t understand at all. Process had a few small bumps but they fixed things quick. Book looks super professional now. "I used their publishing service to get my book listed on Kindle, Barnes & Noble, and a couple of other platforms. Overall, I’d say my experience was just okay. The process wasn’t necessarily difficult, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be going in. There were a few delays here and there, and sometimes communication felt a little on and off depending on the stage of the project.That being said, the book did get published on the platforms we discussed, so they followed through on that part. I liked that they handled most of the setup and publishing side because I honestly didn’t know much about how any of that worked beforehand. It definitely saved me time trying to figure everything out myself.I think my biggest takeaway is that the experience felt pretty average overall. Not terrible, not amazing. Some parts moved along well, while other parts felt a little slower than expected. The team was generally polite whenever I reached out, and they did respond to questions, but I personally would’ve liked a bit more consistency throughout the process.In the end, everything got done and my book is available online, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think there’s room for improvement when it comes to the overall customer experience.

Pretty decent experience overall. I used their author website and book marketing services. Paul was helpful but replies were a bit slow at times. They do know their stuff when it comes to online publishing though. End result came out good. Would probably use them again.

Such a sweet team honestly, felt super comfortable working with them lol. Paul helped me with illustration and setting up my author website, which I didn’t even know I needed at first. Everything was explained step by step so I wasn’t lost. Seeing my book live was kinda surreal not gonna lie. The support was AWESOME!! Would 100% come back for my next book.

Illustration and formatting work was nicely done, no real complaints there. Tyler handled most of my project and was easy to deal with. Just felt the process could’ve been a bit faster. They explained ISBN, Kindle setup and all that which helped a lot. Communication could improve slightly. Still happy overall.
