Poorly made product!
The elastic on one of the 4 masks I purchased has become completely unattached from the mask while putting it around my ear. This in addition to my previous post, and also seeing your response with regards to creating a better quality product leaves me very disappointed with the purchase.
I would like to ask for a refund... Thank you.

Based on my experience with Autins Customer Service, I am amending my star-rating. Virtually every company from time to time has issues with their products, such is the nature of business. What separates the perception of companies in the eyes of their customers, is not just whether the product met expectations (or not) but how the company's level of customer service is performed.
In this instance, I genuinely can affirm that Autins level of customer service has been extremely professional, prompt and courteous...(a rare commodity these days), and for that level of service I have given 5 stars.

I have ordered and received facemasks on 3 occasions as I have given them to friends etc.
I have found the masks to be extremely comfortable and clearly great quality compared to competitors. The order process is incredibly easy & delivery has been rapid! I have recommended to several friends and they have had a great experience also.

Great to find a company that are willing to do a washable/reusable filter. The service was excellent and they arrived very quickly.
We bought these to use with handmade washable facemasks. They work well but according to the instructions on the pack have a limited number of washing times.

These masks are really easy to wear, comfortable and allow conversation to take place without feeling like speaking through cotton wool. They go high enough on the nose and tuck under the chin, so droplet and aerosols are contained. They are more substantial than the flimsy single use blue ones feel.
Delivery was within a couple of days.
