Do not buy from this company - I returned a $102.00 item at a return shipping cost of $31.00. My USPS tracking indicated it was delivered and despite phone calls and emails, 13 days later they have still not credited my card. Their practices are shady - it's a horrible company. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Do not buy anything from here.They will steal your money

This company is a drop shipper. They held my school district's money hostage for an entire year with different stories and lies regarding the two $1,800 sensory swings we ordered. After blaming the manufacturer and taking no responsibility for their poor decision-making and lack of communication, this product remains available on their site to string along the next set of customers.

My mother placed an order for a product here I was mailed the wrong product tried the phone number on their thing they no one answered. No one got back to me until the day of the return, the company didn’t respond, confirming the return and said the ship in charge went on refundable one they made the error that they are responsible legally for shipping charges. Try to contact the Better Business Bureau. No one answered, trying to do a complaint. No one answered either and my mother had to do. They wouldn’t answer to me even though she works, and I have to deal with that type of stuff and autism product doesn’t have questions they said item but they’re very unreliable with complaints. I don’t recommend doing business with them eventually in the end I did end up getting the funds back $126.03 they sent a large of an extra large and then the company we were gonna do a exchange, but decided not to even bother this since they were too hard in touch with only the manufacturer responded and then wouldn’t get back to me about it that I am never using them again
