Must be a scam
Tried to buy a Sierra Cosworth from this company, the price was far too low so I suspected it was a scam.
I asked for a video call to prove the car was real, I was told it’s online only which made no sense since I asked for an online video call.
I was told I could see the car once all funds were transferred. I’ve been in the motor trade 30 years I’ve never bought a car that I was refused to view through video or a simple call.
I was told the car was in Milan. I offered o fly to Italy and once I’ve seen the car actually exists I would transfer the full asking price.
I got no response but Claudio my so called agent deleted all his previous messages.
Please do not get caught out by these scam artists.
Disgraceful please be warned!!!!!

Disaster
I bought 4 cars in 2 months. 2 were as described exactly. One car model 2018 was mentioning that during driving was ok. It came without battery I had to buy one and when I did an error message was on the display the Renault was that I had to buy used 250 electronic control unit.
The third was complete disaster.
On the add was mentioning during driving test was everything fine but the car had problem with the head gasket flange. It have arrived without antifreeze when I added was boiling. I had to open the diesel engine no possible to remove diesel injectors the head cracked so o had to change the whole head injectors etc 5800 euro without vat they didn't pay anything.
You can't find any managers to talk to only someone unable to help you they sent you from one department to the other no way to communicate only by sending forms that they rejected or they say you didn't put the correct title. You have to be programm designer to find a solution .
I am not talking for transport delays one car from Italy to BG took 1.5 month and on the add they mentioned 20 days.
Sorry for my English but I wouldn't suggest to anyone to buy a bicycle from them

Bought 2 cars from this auction this year. And both cars have hidden defect with automatic transminsion. One repair cost +1500eur and other 1300eur. They hide defects, be carefull before you buy. If you see good price, there will be 100% with hidden defect.
Bad experience
Car paid in january, not yet delivered… any attempt to contact them, I got like ai generated emails. No respect for the customer

Great!
We have a car bussines this is the site where are getting of our cars coming from. If we have a problem with the specified car, and the auction site didn't provide info about the problem, the support is always willing to help, and they are helpful aswell.

Last Year every car comes with hidden un mentioned defects. Lats car, bought according to description, had small visual defects, but it turned out - broken gerbox. They never cancel the purchase. Even if they offer delivery, if the car turns out undriveable, they say - it does not drive, you must make pick up by your transport company :) Scam, after scam. Be careful!
Very good experience
I have bought 3 cars in the last, all are as specified on the listening. The agent is really helpful and I answers all my questions.
High risk of getting scammed when buying from them
You have to be very careful with this company. We bought a car that had a number of expensive and important extras listed separately, not under the vin code, but under separate equipment. Everything was great and the car arrived, but all the separately advertised equipment was missing. We immediately let them know that we did not want this car because the level of equipment is not even close and the difference in market price for such a car is 3000-5000€. They took more than 1 month to process the complaint and then offered a ridiculous 750€ voucher as compensation that you can use within 3 months only when buying from them again. Do they really think that if they cheat me once, I will immediately let them cheat me again and buy something else from them?
car with remarked vin number
They sell vehicles with manipulated mileage as well as rebranded vin numbers. They are not responsible for the vehicles sold, they are looking for reasons not to be responsible for anything.
Problem in gearbox and no responsability from auto1
Just bought a car from auto1, with a major problem in the gearbox, it costs to repair as much as the car itself, nothing mentioned by the auto1 in the listing and in the end they didn´t assume anything and made me spend more money in diagnoses and workshops with promises that they would help me and nothing.
my advice avoid this kind of seller at any costs
Molto Competente è educato
good platform - worst pickup ever
Bought a Mercedes Vito, good car but i had to pick it up in belgium at CEVA (GEFCO) Ghislenghien. I had to make an appointment before. In spite of this appointment I had to wait more than two hours to get the car, some of the angry guys in the container had to wait more then three hours. No coffeemachine or vending-machine to buy some water. Will never buy a car I have to pick up in this logistics center.
Tesla Model S -
Bought Tesla Model S - car described as fully functional, not issues.
Issues:
- faulty steering wheel rollers
- faulty onboard charger
- missing parts in trunk compartment
- faulty daytime running lights
etc.
Auto1 said it is not their fault and not willing to solve the problem. Never use this scam!
Review
Big inventory to choose from and customer support is great. However, the company definitely must improve their logistics and transportation services in order to eliminate the slow and often incompetent transporters.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, they have a scam artist named David Bentil who works through them by the name Miles End motors
Great service until you pay then the problems start
Satisfied with Auto1
Been working with Auto1 for some years now and i am very pleased with them. Good comunication and great after sales support.
