My credit score is 700+ so I feel like the lender should not have asked me for a down payment. The down payment was more than my old monthly payment was surprising as well. The lender also changed my interest rate to skim me out a few more points...

I did a Refi...Applied,kickedback, AutoApprove did the leg work got me 5.4% (was 8.6%) they contacted my original loan holder and my insurance company and set me up with a zoomer for a Notary. Approved, they pay off old loan and set up payments for new one
