Recently purchased a Toyota GT86 from Craig and he was very fair and honest before we even saw the car in his appraisal of it. Sensible negotiations and a desire to achieve an agreement that made both parties happy.
After purchase I discovered a couple of minor issues, one was sorted out under warranty, the other by Craig who told us to replace a slightly damaged wheel with a new one from Toyota and send him the invoice which he promptly paid.
It's nice to find a fair minded and honest car dealer who is still happy to help after the sale when he has your money!
