Be very careful

Be very careful. They have had my car for almost a month. I have not been paid. They claimed the car, a 5 year old car needed some insurance work. The condition of the car was very good... sure it wasn't brand new .. but it was really, really good. I still have all photos. They deducted money off the agreed price as I would not allow them to make a claim off my insurance company. I would like to think I understand the difference between right and wrong.

Hi,

It's sad it ends up with such a review after we already bought a car from you last year - with which everything went smooth.

I regret we made our best to accomodate you with this one, picking it up from your ex-neighbor and arranging everything with him directly in the middle of everybody's holidays.

I did inform you that the body workshop was closed and suggested we let them check the car on their return.

The car has two small but visible damages, of which I sent you pictures. We offerd to handle everything with your insurance since you are covered for those damages - at no cost. You have a specific insurance coverage called "Parking" which is exactly for those damages.

Since you prefered not to use the insurance, we suggested deducting CHF 300.- for the respray of the rear bumper and the dent on the door. I don't think this is excessive, this won't actually cover the fixing costs.

To answer your question, roughly 60% of the cars we buy have body damages and for those we handle everything with our client's insurances. This is a key point for our clients, and part of our service while others just deduct the repairs from the inital quote and don't bother checking what the clients' insurance may cover.

This is also why we offer and strongly recommend great insurance coverages on the cars we deliver.

As you know, payment was made already - 6 days after we got your banking details. It indeed should not have taken that long and for that, we apoligise.

Kind regards.

Chris

I had a leasing for my car 2,5 years…

I had a leasing for my car 2,5 years ago with the promisse they have a good support for expat in case of changes that require to leave the country. I had this situation and they charged me 5,000 CHF to return the car after 2,5 years and during the inspection in the car they also found very small details in the painting and charged me another 3,000 CHF - I feel like this was a Scam
