Great Service
Ash and his team took in my BMW on short notice and repaired an electrical problem the same day. They provided excellent and attentive service, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Good service and attentive. Would have liked a written report to back up the verbal report on the state of the car (tyres etc). Price was a little higher than I was expecting but still saved me £100 over Mercedes

So much better than the main dealer
Much better than the main dealer.
Chris and Ash are both very Knowledgeable and easy to contact (unlike talking to the front desk at the main dealer who don't know anything about anything).
Good quality work too - they did a nice job replacing a clutch on my BMW 330i. I've had three quite big jobs done at Autodeutshce, recently on a M140i, very happy with all of them.

My only regret is that I did not knew about them earlier
My car was not well at all. Chris, Mark and the rest of the team made it their personal challenge to fix it with the minimum of spare parts involved. They consulted me throughout the process and would never occur an expense w/o consulting and more importantly advising me first.
Their workshop is impeccable and very tidy. The whole team takes great pride in their work and they are all true car enthusiast.
Found them when the main Mercedes dealer wasn‘t able to fit me in for 6 weeks. I will never go back. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who cares about their car

When the rear suspension pump on our…
When the rear suspension pump on our BMW 5 series estate broke just as we were about to move house (mid-tip run!) my stress levels went through the ceiling! But knights in shining overalls, Chris and Ash, came to our rescue at Autdeutsche; I took the car in the next day and, despite being fully booked for the week - there was barely a space to park the car - they somehow found room in their hectic schedule to diagnose the fault and have it repaired and ready for us in less than 48 hours. Nothing short of miraculous! I am always confident that Autodeutsche will quote competitive prices for parts and labour and believe their work is of a very high standard, even when a hysterical customer breathing is down their necks to get it done! Thank you Autodeutsche.
