Franklin was great! He instructed and backed me up completely. The insurance company said that it was the best DIV clain that theyu have ever seen. Thay still tried to bully anf threaten me but Franklin had all of the answers. He actually made the insurance company look like fools by pointing out all of their clumsy mistakes. He has such in detail knowledge, much better than the insurance adjusters and supervisors. I recommend him HIGHLY. He'll always return calls and emails very promptly, even on weekends. Great job and 100% satisfied!

We found autodiminishedvalue.com through ChatGPT and it was the best thing that couuld have happened. Allstate offered $500.00 for the diminished value of our car. autodiminishedvalue.com not only appraised the diminished value of our structurally-damaged car at $7,800.00, they helped us throughout the claims process with great advice and participation in a three-way call with a supervisor. We received a check for $7,000.00 today. We could not have accomplished this without Franklin and his team guiding us through the claims nightmare. 5 Stars!

Here in Rhode Island, Arbella Insurance is one of the major automobile policy writers. We have Arbella. Last month we were rear-ended by a motorist who also carries Arbella Insurance. We had our car repaired and filed a claim for diminished value. Arbella offered us $250 to compensate us for the loss in value now that our car has a bad Carfax report. We hired an auto appraisal company at autodiminishedvalue.com who concluded through their own research and interviews with several dealers that our car was devalued by $6,500.00. It took several conversations, threats of a lawsuit , etc. but they failed to budge, giving no methodology to back up their diminished value offer. Franklin from autodiminishedvalue.com suggested that we write to the office of the president which in turn led to a conference call between Franklin, a supervisor at Arbella and myself. The result of this was a settlement of $$5,000+. There is no way that we could have been this well-protected from insurance greed without the help of a truly great appraisal company.

My experience with autodiminishedvalue.com was exceptional. They guided me to settle my diminished value claim for 2.5x the insurance company’s initial offer. The accident occurred in a different state from where the company is based, yet their comprehensive report held up. The insurance company attempted to challenge the report but Franklin and team were able to back it up. I recommend autodiminishedvalue.com for their outstanding and effective services!

I used this service not too long ago and was extremely happy with the outcome. Great customer service and the process was super easy and fast!

Do not trust this company. They took my $275 and sent me a report that wasn't factual and the damage claim in thr report doesn't match the auto shop and insurance refuses to evrn take it serious. The company does not respond

Update: the follow up email to me from this company was completely unprofessional and shows the type of business they are running.

reached out with a wealth of information and wanted to get an idea of what fees look like and whether or not I had realistic expectations of value with the documents/research I did. There is no such thing as a free consultation and the direct number listed on the website doesn't work. The website has some good basic information but There are other websites that have a genuine free consultation - another website (wont list here) said to accept the offer while this company wanted to charge $150 to even review my email.

Edit: I wrote an error but wanted to leave original review for better transparency. Per conversation on October 4th the fee I was told is $125 NOT $150. This full review is accurate, there was no free consultation it’s basically $125 to get an opinion. Several other companies gave a free consultation and I went with someone else as a result of that.

The AUTODIMINISHEDVALUE.COM diminished value report came to $9,000. I didn’t start by giving the insurance company a dollar amount I told them the needed to compensate me for the diminished value caused by their insured. Their first offer was $1000 I told them that wouldn’t work. The next day I got another call and the offer was $3000. I was still dealing with some repairs so I told me I wouldn’t consider their offer until the car was 100%. After everything was fixed and I knew the total amount I called the manager of the department directly and told him I would accept $7500. He called me back two days later and told me they would be sending me a check. Like most things related to resolving issues it’s typically best to get with someone above the person calling your with their offer….they typically don’t have the ability to increase the offer or accept your terms. He obviously showed your appraisal to their attorneys who advised him to pay up.
