Dishonest company, stay away
After 2 weeks on waiting for my order, firstly I decided to contact the courier service. No reply. Then after 1 more week, I asked the company via their site what went wrong. They told me that they don't know and they would refund me, but still after 1 more week nothing happened. Totally dishonest company, because they didn't inform me about the lost package and to make matters worse they even charged me for shipment cost for a product that I never even received!! By the way, until now, no refund was made. Stay away from them.

I have been ordering since 2017, it has all the brand names, genuine spare parts at excellent prices and excellent customer service. Whenever I needed any help with spare part compatibility, they were accurate and 3 times when they arrived broken due to shipping, they sent me new ones.

AVOID AUTODOC PLUS
I decided to proceed to an AUTODOC PLUS upgrade to my account, so to enjoy better prices, bigger discounts and all advantages of the Expert Package.
I regret to say that there weren't any bigger discounts and price improvement was 2,00 or 3,00 euros per item.
They got me for 8,00€ but they will lose €850,00 for such unacceptable behavior.

I deeply sorry guys for your actions.
You had a loyal customer having bought already over 700,00€ value spare parts and introducing you to even more friends & relatives, however this cannot be continued further.

General there are a lot of products with good prices but many times there are details missing from product description and from autodoc they don’t know the answers . It has happened 3 times to me and I bought the product from another place .
