We understand how alarming it must have been to receive your parcel and notice that the three cans of Liqui Moly oil were missing, especially considering their value.
In similar cases, what most commonly happens is that the oil is separated during transit and returned back to Autodoc by the courier due to transport restrictions or damage-prevention procedures. Certain liquids are sometimes handled separately without prior notice, which can unfortunately create confusion upon delivery.
Please rest assured that this matter is being taken seriously. Our Quality Control Manager will be contacting you shortly to review your case in detail and assist you further to ensure a proper resolution.

A real doctor on the road
They helped me many times when my car would break down in the middle, and you know what, the speed of their arrival is insane. They would take all the necessary stuff with them and just fly to the destination, that’s what i deeply respect and appreciate. The price is not the cheapest obviously, since the quality of their work is high, but it’s okay.

Avoid and stay away from autodoc
Ordered on 23th April
We are in 6th of may and still my order not dispatched from AUTODOC
I contacted suport they said the order was dispatched and stuck in costume in germany, I was provided with a phone number of dpd germany they said they not have it at the end I contacted the website phone number of dpd they said the parcel is only registered never dispatched from AUTODOC , I contacted again AUTODOC they said can’t cancel the order as is already sent with dpd , now I was given all time for all updates and all still not having any idea who have the order dpd or AUTODOC never dispatched the order to them, I was opened a dispute il give 3 days more if no good resolution on this il get the solicitor and all false information given will be investigated by solicitor , is impossible just stay away from AUTODOC save your time and save your money as payment will get frozen and you gonna waste money on window for nothing , terrible costumer service giving false information given and make u call all over dpd Germany and poland telling u to wait till that 14th days going away as per AUTODOC policy just avoid AUTODOC they not Irish or uk they polish based and really dificult process of getting sorted out if somting wrong as my experience with them

• Order 27.06.2024 – time about 7:40 pm
• Order canselation – 28:06.2024 – time 8:23 am . Discusion via chat with Ewa. Canselation confirmed.
• 28:06.2024 7:16 PM – I received information „parcel is packed and ready for shipment”
Result - I expected e-meail with confirmation of order canselation but 12 hours llater I received information that the „parcel is packed and ready for shipment”.
